<正>1病例资料患者女性,51岁。2009年体检时检出"大三阳"（HBs Ag、HBe Ag、抗-HBc阳性）,余未见异常,未行药物治疗,定期门诊复查（具体情况不详）。2018年4月门诊查HBV DNA<10 IU/ml,HBs Ag 28. 8 IU/ml,HBe Ag 0. 29 S/CO,HBc Ab 8. 33 S/CO。腹部CT示:肝硬化,脾大;胆囊及胰腺未见异常。肝纤维化四项未见异常。肝功能:Alb 44. 0 g/L,ALT 26 U/L,AST 34 U/L,
