Liver subcapsular biliary cyst successfully treated by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography: A case report

<正>1病例资料患者女性,60岁,因"车祸伤后腹痛"于2017年11月30日入本院。住院后半个月腹部CT见肝周被膜下积液,并逐渐增多,肝脏受压移位(图1)。病例特点:(1)患者外伤后出现肝被膜下出血或胆汁漏入肝被膜下可能;(2)积液量进行性增多,自行吸收可能性不大。
