Diagnosis and treatment strategies for pancreatic diseases in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

  • 摘要:

    炎症性肠病是一种多系统疾病,合并胰腺疾病需受到临床的关注。系统阐述了炎症性肠病合并急性胰腺炎、慢性胰腺炎、自身免疫性胰腺炎、胰腺外分泌功能不全、胰腺癌和无症状实验室检查及影像学异常的研究概况,并分析各种疾病的诊治策略,为临床发现、处置该类疾病提供重要参考。
