Preduodenal portal vein in hepatolithiasis: A case report and literature review

<正>十二指肠前门静脉(preduodenal portal vein,PDPV)是一种极为罕见的门静脉解剖异常。在成人中,PDPV通常无明显症状,多数在手术中偶然发现。笔者检索国内仅有2篇文献报道成人PDPV,国外也仅有多篇个案报道。笔者在处理成人肝内胆管多发结石时发现患者合并PDPV、肠旋转不良以及多脾症等解剖学异常,现报道如下。1病例资料患者女性,48岁,因"胆肠吻合术后5年,上腹痛1周"于2017年11月10日转至南京医科大学第二附属医院就诊。患
