Regulatory effect of tumor-associated neutrophils in the development and progression of liver cancer

  • 摘要:

    近年来肝癌的发病率仍在上升,早期诊断困难,治疗效果不好,预后差。叙述了肿瘤相关中性粒细胞参与调控肝癌肿瘤微环境的研究进展,指出其可以作为肝癌治疗的新靶点。结合肝细胞癌微环境中存在的肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、调节性T淋巴细胞和多种细胞因子等,可能会达到系统抗肿瘤的效果,为肝癌治疗带来曙光。
