  • 摘要:

    胰腺癌是一种起病隐匿、恶性程度极高、诊断困难的消化系统肿瘤,早期诊断是提高胰腺癌患者生存率、改善预后的关键。介绍了胰液中循环游离DNA甲基化异常与胰腺癌早期诊断的相关研究的进展,认为胰液中循环游离DNA甲基化检测有望成为胰腺癌早期诊断的有效手段。
