Role of exosomes in the metastasis of pancreatic cancer

  • 摘要:

    尽管在过去几十年胰腺癌的诊断和治疗取得了较大的进展,但由于胰腺癌恶性程度高,发展迅速,浸润和转移性强,5年生存率仍低于10%。外泌体是一类纳米级的膜性囊泡,可由多种细胞分泌,其携带蛋白质、脂质、核酸等多种物质,参与细胞间物质运输、信息传递、肿瘤的发生发展及转移等生理病理过程。研究发现外泌体在胰腺癌的转移中起关键作用,外泌体通过上皮-间质转化、促进血管生成作用于肿瘤微环境,并影响转移前微环境的形成以及参与形成免疫抑制微环境等方式调控胰腺癌的转移。就外泌体在胰腺癌转移中的研究进展进行了综述。
