图 2 MRCP检查结果

注：肝内外胆管不同程度扩张，胆总管为著，最宽处约27 mm，胆总管下段呈鸟嘴样狭窄。胆囊体积增大，腔内可见39 mm× 28 mm肿块样充盈缺损。
