Research advances in the methods for measuring spleen volume

  • 摘要: 精准测量脾体积在评估相关疾病及预后可发挥很大作用。现今有多种方法能够测量或者估算脾体积, 概述了5个肋单元估算法、体检法、超声、多层螺旋CT、MRI、离体排水法测量脾体积相关研究进展, 其中获得临床普遍认可的是多层螺旋CT, 精确度可达95%, 提出在多层螺旋CT精准测量脾体积的基础上, 快速简易评估脾体积将是未来发展方向。
