摘要

摘要: 消化不良是消化系统疾病常见的临床表现，其病因众多且复杂，胰腺肿瘤是其中之一，但并不常见，临床上常易漏诊。胰腺肿瘤患者常可合并消化不良症状，但在临床实践中往往更多地关注肿瘤本身，而忽视了消化不良的诊断及治疗。肿瘤及消化不良双重因素可导致患者生活质量显著下降。对于胰腺肿瘤相关的消化不良，目前尚缺乏规范的诊治策略，本文就其诊治方面进展作一综述。

Abstract: Dyspepsia is the one of the most common clinical manifestations of digestive system diseases and has various and complex causes， among which pancreatic tumor is a relatively uncommon cause and is easily neglected in clinical practice. The dual factors of tumor and dyspepsia may cause a significant reduction in the quality of life of patients. At present， there is still a lack of standardized diagnosis and treatment strategies for dyspepsia associated with pancreatic tumors， and this article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
