医学博士,重庆医科大学附属第二医院消化内科主任、主任医师、教授、博士生导师、博士后合作导师,美国贝勒医学院访问学者,国家自然科学基金评审专家。现任重庆医学会消化内镜分会主任委员、国家卫健委能力建设和继续教育消化病学专委会委员、中华医学会消化内镜学分会早癌协作组委员、中国医师协会消化医师分会GERD专委会委员、中国中西医结合学会消化内镜静脉曲张专委会委员,担任《中华肝脏病杂志》特邀编委和多个杂志的审稿专家。1989年6月毕业于华西医科大学医学系,获学士学位;1998年6月获重庆医科大学消化专业博士学位。2009年10月赴美国休斯敦德州医学中心贝勒医学院分子病毒学与微生物学系,师从著名病毒学家Slagle教授,从事乙型肝炎病毒HBx与肝癌的实验研究。现主要研究方向为慢性肝病的基础与临床和结直肠癌的转移机制。先后主持国家级和省部级课题10余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金和国家科技部重点专项子课题各1项。近年来发表论文70余篇,其中SCI 20余篇,包括国际顶刊杂志《Lancet Gastroenterology&Hepatology 》(IF:45.042)、《Gastroenterology》(IF:33.883)、《Signal Transductionand Targeted Therapy》(IF:13.439)及《Endoscopy》(IF:10.437)。主编著作3本,参编著作5本。先后培养硕士、博士及博士后50余名。长期从事消化内科基础及临床工作,具有丰富的临床经验。擅长处理消化内科各种急危重症,尤其是食管和胃肠疾病、慢性肝病的诊治。熟练掌握内镜下食道曲张静脉套扎术、胃肠道晚期癌性狭窄支架治疗、胃肠道粘膜下肿瘤和息肉电切术、食管良性狭窄扩张治疗以及上消化道出血的内镜治疗等操作技术,以及超声引导下介入性诊断和治疗。
