郭红辉,营养与食品卫生学博士,教授,广东医科大学公共卫生学院副院长,兼广东医科大学养老产业研究院副院长。主要从事膳食营养与慢性病防治研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、省级科研和人才项目5项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文19篇,出版学术专著2部,申请国家发明专利6项,获得实用新型专利授权2项。曾被国家留学基金委公派到美国弗吉尼亚理工大学访学一年。担任第九届广东省科协委员,广东省营养学会常务理事兼肠道菌与营养健康专业委员会主任委员,广东省本科院校公共卫生与预防医学专业教学指导委员会委员。入选广东省扬帆计划高层次人才、广东省高等学校“千百十人才培养工程”省级培养对象、东莞市特色人才和韶关市专业技术拔尖人才;曾被评为广东省“南粤优秀教师”。
