T lymphocyte subtypes including CD3 +、CD4 +、CD8 + and phagocytosis rate (PR) and index (PI) of macrophages were measured in virul hepatitis. The results showned that the values of CD3 +、CD4 +、CD4 +/CD8 + were lower and CD8 + were higher in the virul hepatitis patients than in nomal control (P<0 01) ;The values of PR and PI were lower in patients than in controls (P<0 01) ;The values of PR and CD4 +/CD8 + were closely related in patients. T lymphocyte immune function, the phagocytosis activity of macrophages in virul hepatitis patients were significantly decreased, the changes of determent values of the two systems were closely interrelated.
