Journal of Clinical Hepatology(JCH) is an Golden Open Access journal. All articles published in this journal will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.

To provide open access, JCH has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or by their research funder or institution.

Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by JCH is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND). This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and further does not permit distribution of the article if it is changed or edited in any way. After the manuscript is accepted, the authors need to sign a "Copyright Transfer Agreement" with the editorial office to transfer the copyright to JCH. The copyright belongs to the editorial office of JCH, but the authors have the right to use the article under the Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-ND) adopted by JCH.After the paper has been published, the author will be entitled to receive two complimentary copies of the journal. In addition, the author will have permanent free access to their personal articles via the journal’s website.
