肝胆管癌丙型肝炎病毒感染与p53和p21WAFD/CIP1异常表达的关系

Aim to study the relationship between HCV infection and p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 gene and hepatic cholangiocarcinoma genesis.HCV NS 5 antigen, p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 gene expression in 29 cases of primary hepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PHC) were detected using immunohistochemistry technique.Results:15 cases (51.7%) were positive for HCV NS5 antigen and 14 cases (48.3%) for p53 and 21 cases (72.45) for p21 WAF1/CIP1 in 29 cases of PHC respectively.In 15 HCV NS5 positive cases 11 cases and 15 cases were positive for p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 respectively;In 14 HCV NS5 negaive cases, 3 cases and 6 cases were positive for p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 respectively.There were statistically differences between them (P<0.05) .Conclusion:p53 and p21 WAF1/CIP1 may involved in carcinomagenesis of bile duct epithelium.HCV infection may have a clear effect on p53 and 21 WAF1/CIP1 protein expression.
