慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1作用的初步探讨

    Abstract
  • To evealuate the biologic role of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) .serum sICAM 1 was detected by ELISA in 56 patients with CHB.Serum sICAM 1 level in CHB was notably higher than in NC (P<0.01/0.05) and paralleled with the serious degree of liver damage, there were no correlations with CD + 4+, CD + 8 or the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8.Serum sICAM 1 level increase in CHB and consist with liver damage, it can not influence cellular immune function.
