TTV阳性肝病患者的临床特征

To investigate the clinical Characters of patients with transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) positive hepatosis.The ased in this article are examination of TTV DNA by nested PCR observation of serum biochemical substance and chanage of hepatohistology.TTV positive patients were shoed dominantly coinfected with HBV, HCV, HAV and HEV counted up to 61.1% (22/36) ;A clinical features were weak and poor appetite;the chang of TBL and ALT is not remarkable;patients only infect with TTV accounted for 38.9 (14/36) and their clinical manifestations were similar with acute jaundice hepatitis.TTV may coinfected with various hepatitis virus.The attack of TTV positive hepatitis were a bidden course.Those also may be infected only TTV, or sometime a clinical symptoins were serious, TBL and ALT were abnormal significantly, and ALT repeatedly.
