To study the relation between cirrhosis and GERD.34 subjects of cirrhosis (Group A) and 29 subjects of esophageal reflux without liver disease history (Group A) and 29 subjects of esophageal reflux without liver disease history (Group B) were examined by endoscopy.24 hows esophageal pH were measured in 14 subjects in Group A and 11 subjects in Group B.The mucosa was informal in 31 subjects of Group A (91.7%) and 10 subjects of group B (35.7%) .The value of esophageal pH was lower in Group A than in Group B (P<0.05) , which reflect the acid reflux of esophagus conclusion.Cirrhosis is concerned with GERD.GERD maybe one reason of cirrhosis bleeding.
