原发性肝癌立体定向适形放射治疗临床研究

To evaluate the treatment of 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) on primary liver cancer, 79 patients with intermediate and advanced stages liver cancer were treated by 3-DCRT using 6MV X-ray. The mean value of gross target volume (GTV) was 336.4cm 3, and the mean value of planning target volume (PTV) was 416.5cm 3. All patients were given 2Gy～10Gy dose per single target volume, interval 1 day. The mean value of total dose was 38 Gy. Recent retraction rates was CR 24.1% (19/79) , PR48.1% (39/79) , NR27.8% (22/79) , the rate of total validity was (CR+PR) 72.2%. The survival rates at 1?2 and 3 year were 72.1% (57/79) , 45.9% (28/61) and 20.0% (8/40) , radiohepatitis incidence was 6.3% (6/79) . 3-Dimensional conformal radiotherapy has good treatment effect on hepatocarcinoma, which is a good treatmant pattern.
