趋化因子IP-10在慢性乙肝患者血清中的表达及意义

    Abstract
  • To clarify the role of IP-10 in Chronic Hepatitis B, we study the serum levels of IP-10 in chronic hepatitis B patients and chronic severe hepatitis patients. The correlation between the serum levels of IP-10 and clinical parameters was also evaluated. The serum levels of IP-10 was much higher in patients with chronic hepatitis B than in healthy controls, and it was significantly correlated with ALT?AST. The results suggest that the serum levels of IP-10 can reflect the damage of hepatocytes.
