非肝癌肿瘤患者肝功能异常病因分析

    Abstract
  • To survery the etiological factor of hepatic dysfunction of patient with tumor, retrospective was employed in 60 tumor patients with hepatic dysfunction.The levels of transaminase in serum was selected to evaluate the state of hepatic dysfunction.Among them 24 case resulted from invasion of tumor that are lymphoma and leukemin.30 case resulted from chemotherapy drug and 6 case are related with immunological injury.The causes of hepatic dysfunction of tumor patient may be variable, so the ultimate treatment shoud be differentiated accordingly.
