肝癌组织中内质网蛋白基因表达及其功能的初步研究

  • To investigate the expression and role of RTN in the oncogenessis of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .The expression of RTN in HCC were observed by immunohistochemical staining, eukaryotic transfection tumorigenicity. Among samples of HCC, RTN were down-regulation expression. RTN protein was mainly localized in cytoplasm and cell membrane. The position rate of RTN were 20%?100% in lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis, respectively. The growth rate of the tumor cell were decreased. Some gene expression was changed before and after transfection of RTN. Tumor inhibiting rate was 85.64% through RTN. Sections of tumors were observed, the degree of tissue necrosis by transfection RTN was higher than other groups. RTN could be a candidate tumor suppressor gene for HCC.
