肝硬化患者血浆降钙素原、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1检测及临床意义

To observe the changes of plasma procalcitonin (PCT) , soluble intercellular adhesion molcule-1 (sICAM-1) levels in patients with liver cirrhosis (LC) and their clinical significance. Plasma PCT and sICAM-1 levels in 78 LC patients and in 30 normal controls (NC) were measured by immunoluminometric assay and ELISA, respectively. Plasma PCT?sICAM-1 levels of LC were significantly higher than those in NC, higher in decompensated phase than those in compensated phase (P<0.01) and with positive relationship. Plasma PCT?sICAM-1 levels increased gradually in pace with the progression of Child grading. Plasma PCT levels positively correlated with serum TBil levels, negatively correlated with PTa. Plasma sICAM-1 levels positively correlated with serum TBil and ALT levels, and negatively correlated with PTa. Plasma PCT sICAM-1 levels can reflect the degree of hepatocellular injury.
