慢性病毒性肝炎患者血清中瘦素与肝纤维化指标的关系

    Abstract
  • Study the relationship between the serum leptin levels of patients with chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) and liver cirrhosis, The serum leptin levels of 45 patients with CHB and 41 control subjects were determined by means of radioimmunoassay. We found the leptin levels of patients with CHB was higher than the control (7.63±2.19) ng/ml vs (3.82±1.09) ng/ml (P<0.001) , moreover the ratio of leptin to BMI was the same result. (0.28±0.07 vs 0.15±0.03, P<0.001) . There were positive correlation between the serum leptin levels and the levels of LN、HA、PCⅢ and ⅣC.
