肝内胆管癌细胞9810凋亡和bcl-2基因表达关系研究

    Abstract
  • To investigate the relation between apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell lines 9810 and expression of bcl-2 gene. We detect its apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 gene by flow cytometer. Apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was up step by step flowing Adriacin's concentration, expression of bcl-2 gene was down as well as it. Influencing expression of bcl-2 gene may be a reason of apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell.
