乙型肝炎病毒YMDD变异与肝纤维化血清指标关系及其相关研究

To expound the influence of the variation of YMDD in hepatitis B virus on the hepatic fibrosis. 4 groups (170 sera samples) were detected HBV DNA and YMDD mutation in serum by real-time fluorimetry PCR between pretreatment and post-treatment. They were detected hepatic fibrosis serum markers by RIA. There was no significant difference in the hepatic fibrosis serum markers between the group of non variation and variation at post-treatment (P>0.05) . There was a significant difference among the other groups (P<0.05) . Each group had a significant difference in the HBV DNA contents in sera and hepatic fibrosis serum markers between at the beginning and end of treatment (P<0.05) . The result showed that Lamivudine could efficaciously control HBV's reproduction, postpone or reverse hepatic fibrosis developing. But the Variation of YMDD would affect its curative effect.
