乙肝患者肝组织及外周血单个核细胞HBV DNA检测

    Abstract
  • To study the infection states of the HBV DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cel ls and liver tissue of patients with hepatitis B, the damage of the liver tissue is detected by pathology.The result showed that HBV DNA positive rate in the liv er tissue was identical tendency with the infection rate of HBV DNA in PBMC.The HBV DNA positive rate in PBMC was going higher along with the damage of the live r tissue.
