顺铂和苦参素对人肝癌细胞株HepG2端粒酶活性的影响

    Abstract
  • To investigate the anti-cancer mechanism of cisplatin and matrine by observing their effects on telomerase activity.The inhibition of proliferation in HepG2 cells were estimated by MTT-test.Distribution of cell cycle and apoptosis were analysed using flow cytometry.The changes of telomerase activity were detected by PCR-ELISA method.The two drugs could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2, block cell cycle, induce apoptosis and inhibit the activity of telomerase.The inhibition of telomerase activity may be one of the mechanisms of the anti-cancer effect of the two drugs.
