SMMC-7721肝癌细胞膜上β2糖蛋白I可能的受体

    Abstract
  • To study the interaction of beta-2-glycoprotein I (β2GPI) with hepatocye, and further to explore whether β2GPI play an important role in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.Using Ligand blot technique, we detected the interaction of β2GPI with the hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721, the gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901 and the lymphoma cell line HL-60.A specific 40kD β2GPI band was observed in the case of SMMC-7721.No such band was observed in HL-60 and SGC-7901.There is the specific β2GPI binding protein in SMMC-7721.This protein maybe participates in HBV infection.
