病毒性肝炎患者血清新喋呤检测的临床意义

To evaluate the clinic significance of the serum neopterin level in patients with chronic viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and severe chronic hepatitis.Serum neopterin was detected by ELISA in 35 patients with chronic viral hepatitis, 26 liver cirrhosis and 35 severe chronic hepatitis.The level of serum neopterin in patients with severe chronic hepatitis was much higher than that in patients with liver cirrhosis and patients with infection compared with those without infection.The level of neopterin was positively correlated with serum TBil and TBA.The level of neopterin in patients with viral hepatitis is related to the severity and secondary infection of liver disease.Measurements of neopterin maybe helpful in the diagnosis of infection and assessment of the severity.
