乙型肝炎病毒丹氏颗粒抗原在慢性乙型肝炎病毒检测中应用的研究

Objective To analyze the consistency in detecting method of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and Diagnostic Kit for hepatitis B virus Core Antigen and Presl Antigen (Dane granule antigen) .To explore the economy and credibility of Dane granule antigen of HBV in detecting chronic hepatitis B infection.Methods HBV markers、Dane granule antigen of HBV and HBVDNA in 134 patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected respectively by ELISA and fluorescence quantitative PCR.To compare the relationship among Dane granule antigen、HBVDNA and HBV markers in different groups.Result The positive rates of Dane granule antigen of HBV were 100.0%、100.0%、94.3% and 0% respectively in the groups of HBsAg (+) /HBeAg (+) /HBcAb (+) 、HBsAg (+) /HBcAb (+) 、HBsAg (+) /HBeAb (+) /HBcAb (+) and HBsAb (+) /HBeAb (+) /HBcAb (+) .Conclusion Dane granule antigen of HBV has consistency in detecting the infection of chronic hepatitis B with serum markers and HBV-DNA quantitation.It can reflect the replication of HBV and have applied value in the diagnosis of hepatitis B、judgement of prognosis and the curative effect of antivirus.
