HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性慢性乙肝患者HBV基因全序列分析

Objective To clarity the characteristics of gene sequence of chronic hepatitis B patients with positive HBsAg and anti-HBs simultaneously.Methods The whole HBV DNA sequence was amplified and sequenced from the serum of three chronic hepatitis B patients with positive HBsAg and anti-HBs simultaneously, the results of sequencing and amino acid sequence of S region were analyzed.Results The sequencing results of HBV from the serum of our three patients suggested amino acid substitutions in S region;in addition, the majority of substitution sites of HBV DNA nucleotides and the results of substitution were identical..Conclusion Among the patients, there were often amino acid variations within S region, and the appearance of double positive may also associated with nucleotides mutation at other sites outside S region.
