Objective To explore the relationship in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and inflammation activity in liver tissue in patients with chronic hepatitis B infection.Methods 36 liver tissues were procured by hepatic puncture leaded under B-ultrasonic from patients with chronic hepatitis B, and classified as various period by international standardization.The expressions of CD3、CD4 and CD38 etc.in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 36 HBV patients and control group (22 healthy people) were analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM) , and analyzed the correlation with inflammation activity in liver tissue.Results The level of CD+4CD45RO+CD45RA-and CD+8CD45RA+CD62L+expressions in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 15 patients with chronic hepatitis B (G0G2) were higher than that of control group (P<0.05) ;The levels of CD+3、CD+3CD+8、CD+8CD+28、CD+8HLA-DR+CD+38 and CD-3CD+19 expressions in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 14 patients with chronic hepatitis B (G3) were higher than that of control group (P<0.05) ;The levels of CD+4CD45RA+CD62L+ expressions in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 7 patients with chronic hepatitis B (G4) were lower and the levels of CD+19CD+5 expressions were higher than that of control group (P<0.05) .There were no statistics differences in the quantities of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in G0G2, G3 and G4.There were positive correlations between the levels of part of CD expressions in the groups.Conclusion There were partially correlation between the quantities of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and the condition of illness in patients with chronic hepatitis B infection.There were no significant differences in the quantities and partially correlation between the quantities of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in different active periods of the patients with chronic hepatitis B infection.
