叶下珠、干扰素治疗慢性低酶型乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Objective To investigate the effect of Yexiazhu (YXZ) combined with interferon α-2b in the the treatment of low ALT chronic hepatitis B.Methods 152 patients with low ALT chronic hepatitis B were given YXZ.When the biochemical response (ALT>100μ/L) appeared after 3months.The patients were randomly divided into four equal groups.The patients in combined treatment group were treated with YXZ and interferon α-2b, while patients in group Ⅱa.Ⅱb and Ⅱc treated only by YXZ or interferon α-2b, respectively for 6 months.Results The liver function tests and hepatitis B virus marker were observed.The combined response (HBeAg loss HBVDNA suppression and ALT normalization) to interferon α-2b in group Ⅱa.Ⅱb and Ⅱc show superior inefficacy with group Ⅰ (P<0.01) .Ⅱb and Ⅱc was no statistical difference (P>0.05) .Conclusions Compared with patients with chronic hepatitis B with interferon α-2b.the clinical efficacy of interferon in the retreatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B faiure to YXZ had statistically significance and the efficacy of long trem was more satisfactory.
