非酒精性脂肪肝患者发生2型糖尿病危险因素分析

Objective To explore risk factors of type 2 diabetes in patients with Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods The data of 38 cases of Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with type 2 diabetes were collected in our hospital from 2006.1 to 2008 1, 26 cases of Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selccteg randomly as control during the same period.The associated variable were analyzed by using logistic regression model.Results Family history, exercise, sugar food, triglycerids (TG) , APOA1 and 2h insulin had statistic significance.Conclusion Family history, sugar food, high serum triglycerids (TG) , high serum APOA1 and low 2 h insulin were the main risk factors forming type 2 Diabetes in nonalcoholic fatty liver patients, while appropriate exercise is a protective factor.
