The anti-hepatic fibrosic effect of Anluohuaxian pill combined with lamivudine on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To study anti-hepatic fibrosic effect of Anluohuaxian pill combined with Lamivudine on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients.Methods One hundred CHB patients were included in the study.Liver protection, single and combined treatment were given for one year.The clinical data, serum marker of liver fibrosis, ulfrasonic B, HBVDNA、 HBeAg negative conversion rate were compared pre-treatment and post-treatment.Results The level of fibrosis were improved by combined treatment.The improvement of serum HBV DNA and HBeAg negative conversion rate was better in combination therapy and lamivudine treatment than liver protection group and Anluohuaxian pill group.There was no significant amelioration in ultrasonic B in the four groups.Conclusion Lamivudine combined with Anluohuaxian pill have a role on the anti-fibrosis.The improvement of serum HBV DNA and HBeAg negative conversion rate was better than liver protection group and Anluohuaxian pill group.The anti-fibrosic effect was strengthened by combined treatment.
