Clinical analysis of 11 cases of hepatic veno-occlusive disease caused by Chinese herbal medicine

Objective TO assess a variety of routine detection methods for the value of clinical diagnosis of Hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD) caused by Chinese herbal medicine and explore the evaluation method of disease outcome and prognosis.Methods According to retrospective study.we analyze the clinical manifestations, biochemical and imaging features of 11 cases with HVOD in our hospital in the last three years.Results All patients have a clear medical history, 7 cases taking the Gynura Rhizome, 2 cases taking the Common Threewingnut Root, 2 cases taking unknown Chinese herbal medicine.CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of HVOD, all 4 deaths are severe patients.Conclusion The diagnosis of HVOD should pay attention to the medication history of patients, The classification of HVOD patients is important to assess the disease.
