Clinical analysis of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of hepatorenal syndrome

    Abstract
  • International Ascites Club had updated diagnostic criteria of hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) in 2007, but there are still no specific indicators or workup to make a definite diagnosis.Different understanding of diagnostic criteria by different people at different times made correct and timely diagnosis difficult.This paper analyzes the common reason of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of HRS.
