Clinical application of transient elastography in liver cirrhosis and its complications

  • 摘要:

    肝硬化是大多数慢性肝病进展到晚期的病理阶段,其主要并发症包括门静脉高压、食管胃底静脉曲张出血、肝癌等。瞬时弹性成像技术可通过声波无创地测量肝硬度值(LSM),目前在临床上广泛运用。诸多关于LSM与肝硬化及其并发症的研究提示,TE有发现肝硬化及其并发症的能力,从而在一定程度上可减少非必须的有创操作。对TE在肝硬化及其并发症中的临床应用进展进行了阐述和总结。
