Advances in the application of magnetic resonance imaging in hepatic fat quantification in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

  • 摘要:

    肝脂肪含量是非酒精性脂肪性肝病的早期诊断、疾病分级和疗效评估的重要指标。多种磁共振技术已被用来评估肝脂肪含量,其中磁共振波谱分析和化学位移编码成像获得的质子密度脂肪分数已能精确定量肝脏脂肪,被认为是脂肪肝诊断的影像学金标准并被应用于临床研究中。回顾定量检测肝脂肪含量的磁共振技术的研究进展,以期为临床应用和实验研究提供参考。
