乙肝患者外周血单个核细胞中乙肝病毒复制中间体RNA与乙肝病毒DNA相关性的研究

We detected HBV replicative intermediates RNA in PBMCs in patients with HBV infection by RT PCR technology, meanwhile detected HBV DNA in PBMCs and serum by PCR technology.Five cases were detected for HBV RNA in PBMCs in 60cases of patients with HBV infection.HBV DNA were positive in both PBMCs in 26 cases and serum in 27 cases.In 26 cases whose HBV DNA in PBMCs were positive , 4 cases of HBV RNA in PBMCs were positive, In 27 cases whose HBV DNA in serum were positive, 3 cases of HBV RNA in PBMCs were positive.HBeAg was also detected in serum, in 17 cases whose HBeAg were positive, 4 cases of HBV RNA in PBMCs were positive.Though HBeAg and HBV DNA in serum, HBV DNA in PBMCs were negative in patients with HBV infection, HBV RNA in PBMCs may be positive, HBV in PBMCs could become the resource of recidimation and transmission.
