白介素1和肿瘤坏死因子α在肝硬化中的临床研究

To study the level of interleukin 1 (IL 1) and tumornecrosis factor alpha (TNF α) in patients with hepatocirrhosis inorder to explore new method of diagnosing hepatocirrhosis more early.All 92 pationts treated in our hospital between November 1997 and November 1998 were enrolled and divided into three groups:hepatocirrhosis group (30 pationts) , chronic hepatitis group (31 patients) and acute hepatitis group (31 patients) .The level of IL 1 and INF α of every pationts were examined by ELISA and radioimmunoassay.The results of hepatecirrhosis group (IL 1 360.45±42.86, TNF-α 0.5898±0.035) were much higher than that of other two groups ( P <0.001) .The results showed that IL 1 and TNF α can sensitively effect the process of hepatocirrhosis, which might diagnose hepatocirrhosis early.
