血清前白蛋白在肝病中的临床意义

To investigate the significance of prealbumin in liver diseases and to discuss the diagnostic value of determining serum prealbumin in viral hepatitis.The serum leve of prealbumin was detected in 276 cases liver diseases by immunoturbidimetry.The serum prealbumin lever in patients with acute hepatitis and mild chronic hepatitis mild chronic and maderate chronic moderate and severe cirrhosis and chronic severe hepatitis were significantly different respectively (P<0.05) ;there was significant difference in serum prealbunin level between prealbumin and albunin in acute hepatitis group (P<0.001) .Serum prealbumin levels could reflect the degrees of liver damages to some extent.Determining serum prealbumin is helpful of diagnosing viral hepatitis, judging state of the illness and estimating the prognosis.
