Abstract

Abstract

Objective The aim was to discuss the effect of combination treatment of Adefovir and r-IFN to the hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B.Methods Sixty-five CHB patients were divided into two groups of A (35 patients with the combination treatment of Adefovir and rIFN) and B (30 patients with mono-Adefovir) randomly.Then compare the results of the two groups.Results Result of Group A is significantly better than Group B (P<0.01) .Conclusion Using Adefovir for antivirus treatment combining with r-IFN to treat chronic hepatitis B can preferably improve the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis treatment.
